This seems to be a 3 point game any way you look at it. I don't see Pack winning but they should keep it close.

I like the Pack also, although Farve does have a habit of forcing the ball sometimes.

Give me the Pack and the 5.5.

Packers barely beat Seattle, with the Lambeau-during-the-playoffs mystique, to boot. Packers riding a nice high right now, thanks largely to Favre's emotional end of season run, but these games were against Oakland and a Portis-less Broncos squad in their second-straight road game that meant nothing to their playoff standings. Westbrook out is an overhyped issue ... Buckhalter and Staley could get over 100 yards any given Sunday. Eagles easily in this one.

Neither plays better than average defense. Eagles cant stop the run. this one flies OVER 42 easy.

Fish Westbrook's absence will be bad but not killer. The Birds will be able to run on GB's defense. Of course I am going to talk about the Birds like they can't do anything wrong in this game but the bigger key is Vincent and how he is by gametime. Keep an eye on injury reports!

I think the numbers and everything points to the Eagles, but I'm hesistant to lay any cash on them, strickly because of this whole Favre Destiny thing that could go into overdrive if they pull this one out.

Perhaps you Packer Backers should review some of the floating prayers Favre put up against Oak and Sea that were NOT intercepted and were miracle completions.
DOnt believe in destiny with this match Up, philly D is very solid and the prayers favre has been throwing up WILL NOT WORK vs this D, on the road in playoffs IMO

floating prayers? gimmie a break. Maybe there was a couple against Oakland, but Brett has made some great throws. Who led the league in TD passes? Brett with 32. Some deep throws are underthrown on purpose like in the Seattle game. They plan to underthrow the ball so the receiver has to come back and catch it. Most of them are not floating prayers. IMO Philly is pretty overrated. Not to say they can't win, but i wouldn't be suprised if the Pack beat them. The Packers have more talent.

The injuries on the Eagles Def , could be the opening that GB will need to stay in this one. That will definately be a plus to the Packers running game. And if that gets on track, watch out for Farve to have a big day again. Need to see adjustments made for Eagles before I call a side in this one.

This one could be a repeat nightmare the Eagles had against SF. Good ground game, with effective pass attack. GB will have their chances against this banged up Eagle Def.

Injured Eagle Def:

DE McDougle- out
Safety B Dawkins- doubtful
CB Bobby Taylor-doubtful
DE Whiting-doubtful
CB Troy Vincent- questionable- hamstring
CB S Brown- probable-concusion
LB K Adams-probable
DE N. Kalu-probable-foot
LB Emmons -out

Inj Eagal Off:

RB Westbrook-prob-knee
RB C Buckhalter-questionable-knee

-Brett doesnt need any help, but this is sure a positive for packer backers.

Co-Captain...where did you get your injury report from? Dawkins, Taylor, McDougle, Whiting are all playing and Vincent has basically said he's going to be out there as well...does the fact that GB has been winning against teams like SD, DEN (who played absolutely no one) and OAK mean anything to anyone? How about Andy Reid's record of bye weeks? Or home teams in the divisional round? I think GB's D is the bigger question mark here, as SEA moved the ball all over them...and McNabb has played better than any QB in football over the last 10 weeks sans Manning.

Sorry, I had Whiting , Dawkins , and Taylor listed as out. They are all listed as doubtful for the game. I got this information from Yahoo Sports in teams injury list.

As far as the other things you mentioned if people are looking at. I think most will, I will. I guess it depends on where you start personally when you go through capping the game. I came across this information, so I decided this would definately be a good place to start. But by all means , it is not the last. Aloha CC.

Well I just checked DonBest.com site and he only has Vincent and Westbrook's information on their injuries.

Other sites like Usa Today, also had some players listed, and some that was on the yahoo, sports injury list listed as out, was not even listed on the USA today injury list. So if anyone knows of a more reliable and accurrate site to find injury reports , please share them.
